Rene Griffith is a working artist and photographer based in Indialantic, Florida. She licenses her imagery to fine art publishers and consumer products manufacturers who then sell and distribute open edition prints, posters, and other products throughout North America and Europe. Two of her largest clients are New York Graphics Society and Clicart where her photographic prints can be purchased directly. Previously, while living in San Francisco, Rene sold original artwork through her studio at Hunters Point Shipyard, galleries and stores in San Francisco, and held a one-woman show in the city. She did this while continuing her art education and working as a freelance writer and graphic designer in the Bay Area. Throughout her life Rene has studied life drawing, painting, and alternative photography processes. She has a passion for color and continues to help people select wall color for homes and offices. She is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology and has a master’s degree in business and technology (MOT) from the University of Miami. In addition to numerous marketing classes and business workshops, Rene is a graduate of Cay Lang's Taking the Leap art business school in Emeryville, California.
